The design was good. The lift was good. The rooms wasn’t clean, at the first time I was room 317 on the second floor very end I went to wash my hands in the sink was leaking from underneath and I went back to the room to call the reception wasn’t no phone to call them then I went back downstairs to reception and then they didn’t and then they didn’t apologise just they said we can change a room. They change me a room in the same floor 308 and the room was smelling a lot look like somebody was with a dog inside and I had a baby as well and a wife pregnant then after that they changed me again to a room 310 in Durham was fine. I can give to that room four of 10 I went downstairs to have a dinner they said we fully booked. We can’t take no more. I said I’m leaving in the hotel tonight no more. I said look I have baby and I have Wife pregnant. No more. None of them speak English. I’m very disappointed about it, I recommend people do not try.

“A pleasant stay in Neumünster”
The concept is cool. The idea of a warehouse turned into a hotel is not mew but always effective. Neumünster is not the center of the world and one doesn’t expect a nice hotel there (tried a few), so this is a nice discovery. The Gustav Restaurant is good value for money: good meal and good service

“A great hotel if you stop in Neumunster”
A special hotel with its special features of metalwork, , graffitti paintings and friendly atmosphere. Really a good choice to stay here and take a trip to Neumunster Designer outlet. Don´t forget to go to Gustavs restaurant for dinner, very nice

“Silent room and awesome breakfast! What else can you wish for...”
I just booked this hotel very late. I was on my way from The Netherlands to Sweden by car and needed a place to sleep. It was relatively cheap and just 5 minutes from the highway. I sleep a lot in hotels with my work and also private quite a bit. I think this hotel has been one of my best experiences. The breakfast was absolutely beyond my expectations! Not only the excellent food, but also the restaurant itself was perfect. Great hotel, quite room, friendly staff. Couldn't be better.

Really enjoyed the dinner and breakfast buffet in this hotel. Very fresh food and a great selection also for vegans/ vegetarians.

“Great hotel for relaxing holiday in Neumunster”
The location of the hotel is good: less than 15 minutes walk to the train station and 15 minutes to the Holstenhallen. There is a grocery shop in 5 minutes walk. The personel was great, very welcoming and polite. They booked a quiet room as I asked for. The breakfast was delicious with large variety of options, both meat and vegetarian. We used sauna. It was clean and relaxing.
