We felt very comfortable, the beds and pillows were surprisingly good. The room was clean and very functional, it might be small but it had everything we needed. Oh the shower had awesome pressure and warmth, the air conditioning worked perfectly... We slept very well, and considering the affordable price we really cannot ask for more. The indoor parking was easy to find and to use, the price for parking is reasonable considering other alternatives.

“Book this hotel if you like...”
Drunk people fallen asleep in front of the room door, the lack of ironing facilities in the hotel, the lack of support from reception for the latter, their attitude is unacceptable, the cages of dirty towels in the public elevator. The entrance to the hotel and parking is not de iced, it was very slippery at -9. The room heating is very poor at max setting and the bathroom is not heated at all. This is an overpriced hostel at best, steer away.

“Great stay”
Amazing location with bus stops to the centre right outside of the hotel and a bakery right opposite. Very modern and comfortable room for 2 people. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Walking distance to the Arena as well.

“Good option for transit or city break”
The hotel is a good option for transit or a short city break. The room was clean ans spacious enough for two adults and a kid, for a night. Breakfast was nice and good coffee!

“I do not recommend this hotel to anyone”
I will never stay in the same hotel again: The room was extra small, I feel squeezed. There was a strong musty smell in the toilet. There was no refregirator, no boiler for tea & coffee. More importantly, the hotel management responded my extra pillow request "I need extra pillows to room xxx please" in a rude way in written form : "It is a shame to want everything a luxus Hotel gives you, when you decide to book a budget Hotel like the B&B Hotels. Also, we do not have an infinite amount of pillows. " My comments - A customer oriented hotel may never reply to a customer in this inappropriate way - Extra pillow reuest is not luxury - 120 EUR/night for a 3star hotel in Ulm is not "budget" My daughter stayed in 4 star Mariott Garching - Munich for 98,99 EUR/night the next day. Much bigger city, much better hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you have to stay anyway, please keep in mind the info above.

The room is clean and pleasant. The AC is fixed at the right temperature and starts working right from the beginning. The location is very convenient with a bus stop and a cafe nearby. We could also walk into the city of Ulm (a long walk but also a good chance to explore Ulm).
