Nice and fresh apartment with all kind of comforts such as good working AC, dishwasher, washing machine etc. Nice book with information and rules regarding the apartment. Check in procedure was simple, with clear instructions. The location is excellent, with short walking distance to supermarket and Nerja hot spots (in e.g. Balcón de Europa). Good communication with contact person, we got some tip on how to plan a trip to the Nerja caves (Cuevas de Nerja). Me and my girlfriend recommend this accommodation.

“Great apartment, but the smell from the air conditioner was terrible”

The apartment itself was very nice, clean, and cozy. It’s located on a quiet street with a large supermarket nearby, which was very convenient. The main beach is about a 15-minute walk away, and the nearest bus stop is around 10 minutes on foot.

Location was brilliant near to town and beaches, apartment was very clean and modern with everything needed for our stay, air con/heating was excellent as a bit chilly first thing and later on in the evening, tv had good selection of English channels, bathroom shower was excellent, kitchen had all you needed,. Didn't use the rooftop or the patio area but is probably lovely in the summer.

This is good property in a fantastic location, situated in the heart of the town but still very quiet. The property is narrow but very well appointed. The roof top balcony is excellent but intimate if you had to share with the other flat which forms part of this property. Cleaning materials for washing up with clothes etc - very good

“Bad smell in apartment and construction next door”

Location was excellent - two minutes from the main centre of Nerja and on a nice street.

Property was very clean and located very central to where all the beaches and restaurants are located. It’s on a very quiet road so there were no issues with it being noisy during the night

“Wonderful apartment in a perfect central but quiet location.”

Perfect location - 10 minute walk from the bus station, the property is in a very quiet residential street but at the end of the street you are at the top of the main shopping street which leads down to the Balcon. Several beaches within a 20 minute walk. Big supermarket around the corner within a 5 min walk. The property is now run through an agency rather than the actual owners which is mentioned in a previous review. Good communication before arrival and on check out. There is a lock box outside so you get given code to get in. We were staying in the upstairs apartment. Fantastic apartment with everything you would need. Clean and very spacious. Air con was a bonus. TV had lots of english channels which was appreciated. Although the roof terrace was lovely we didnt end up using it as it would mean carrying breakfast etc up the stairs. The couple who were in the downstairs apartment didnt use it either as they had their own internal patio area. Nerja is a great town, lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. And the Balcon is the main area where everyone congregates. There was a festival on one day so there was a big procession from the church down to the beach and back again. Visit Frigliana, a white village up in the hills which takes about half an hour. Also there are caves nearby to visit. Bus from Malaga airport is very easy. You get the train from outside the airport a couple of stops to Malaga (the stop before the last stop). Walk through the shopping centre to the bus station which is opposite. Buses seem to go every hour to Nerja - the bus bay changes so check with the staff - usually its around bay 36 - 38 but can be 20 - 23. The bus is very very busy so recommend you buy your tickets in advance as the bus we got on was full and the earlier buses were also full. It takes just over an hour to get to Nerja.

“A perfect place to stay in Nerja”

The terraced house contains a ground floor apartment that is newly refurbished and well equipped. Owners Gilberto and Mari Carmen live next door. They were attentive and friendly hosts who did everything possible to make our stay a good experience. The property was located very close to the centre of Nerja with shops starting almost as soon as we walked to the end of Calle Nueva. A Mercadona supermarket was just a short walk from the apartment.

A lovely, spotlessly clean apartment with very friendly and helpful hosts, and a wonderful roof terrace, in a great location, quiet and yet close to everything in Nerja.

“Fantastic Stay In The Centre Of Nerja”

The apartment was beautifully finished to a high standard, spotlessly clean and equipped with all you would ever need. The hosts Gilbert and Carmen were perfect and couldn't do enough to make our stay a pleasure.

Location - so close to...beaches, restaurants (Colosseo became a fav. Though there are loads of traditional and touristy one close too). BUT also so quiet at night. The beaches are really a wonderful surprise. As are nearby towns. Hosts - Gilberto and Mari. Lovely hosts! Apartment was like a home away from home. It has been well thought out. You can even watch irish TV if you're feeling homesick.... Also....washing machine and dishwasher with soaps! Very close to the motorway too, so easy to head off on longer days rips, as we did a couple of times.

“Amazing property in the heart of Nerja!”

The hosts (Maria and her husband) were excellent. Super helpful, friendly and gave us some great recommendations for our stay in Nerja. The property itself is fully equipped and finished to a high standard. Having the roof terrace was a real bonus too! Approximately 15 minutes walk to the main beach but only a few minutes walk to the main town area and some great tapas restaurants.

Superb location , unbelievably quiet considering the apartment is situated within the Centre of Nerja plus walking distance to a beach.
