Great location, close to city center. The apartament was very clean and they also cleaned the apartament through our stay. Katerina is a great person, she offered us a lot of tips on where to go during our stay. I 100% recommend it!

Savvas & Katerinas place is great and immaculately clean. Katerina did everything to ensure we had all we needed and her prompt communication made the entire experience seamless. The apartment is located on a central street, but at the same time inside is cozy and very quiet. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend Savvas & Katerinas place to anyone looking for memorable stay in Neos Marmaras.

“I only have words of praise for this apartment and the host”
During the stay (7 nights), the apartment was cleaned twice, towels and bed linen were changed once, very clean. The apartment has everything you need, a hair dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen. Katerina is an exceptional host, she gave us all the necessary advice to make the best use of our time. She is really exceptional.

An amazing welcoming host. She was very open, helpful and even brought as a breakfast! The apartment was beautiful with all the supplies needed, new and clean. Truly a great deal!
