What a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, Eleni made us feel welcome and was always available whenever we needed anything. She responded quickly to every request and genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable. We first stayed for two nights in a room with a sea-view balcony, and it was even better than we expected. The room was spotless, comfortable, and felt brand new. The view was absolutely stunning—probably one of the best in Neos Marmaras. The small church across the street added a special charm to the scenery and made the view even more memorable. The location was excellent, and after spending a couple of days there, we realized that we weren’t ready to leave either Neos Marmaras or the hotel. We decided to extend our stay by another night, and Eleni was incredibly helpful in arranging everything. We left with beautiful memories and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Thank you, Eleni, for your kindness, hospitality, and warm attitude. We hope to see you again in the future!

Our stay at Noema Premium Stay was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect – just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet peaceful and quiet at night. The apartment was modern, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated, with every detail carefully thought out for comfort.

Everything was perfect, the room was very clean and the view was exceptional . The owner was very kind with us and was waiting for us because we had traffic issues. Everything was 10/10, gladly recommend it for everyone

“Beautiful modern & apartments, great location and nice staff”

We stayed in a room with pool view and we loved it! It was super clean, had a coffee machine/fridge and we even received complimentary water & wine. The location is amazing, right above a really great ice-cream shop and with amazing sea views right outside. There’s no real reception but we texted the hotel with our arrival time and Eleni came to greet us - she’s super nice and helpful, big thanks to her! The pool itself is very small but you can relax on the terrace with loungers for a bit (we didn’t try it). We stayed mid-/end-September and during the night all was quiet, which was nice! Compared to other hotels the value for money is amazing so we can 100% recommend this accommodation :)

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with a perfect central location and a beautiful view. Although the kitchen shown in the photos was not available in our unit, the manager handled the situation very professionally, acknowledged the mistake, and promptly refunded us a fair amount. This polite and transparent approach really made a difference. Overall, a pleasant stay and good service.

The hotel is in the center of the resort. The view is lol, I couldn't get enough of it... everything was incredible!. Elena welcomed us and explained everything. She is an extremely nice and kind person. Everything you see in the pictures is real beauty, it even exceeded my expectations. Every day after we returned from the beach it was cleaned. There is also a very nice small pool, which is in a quiet and secluded place. We didn't lack anything during our stay.

Our excellent host, Eleni and the Nōema Premium Stay made our 1-week-family holiday perfect in the centrally located, yet quiet and elegantly designed apartment with beautiful lights. The bed was super comfy and waking-up to the sight of the cerulean sea was priceless. We felt exceptional hospitality and kindness every moment of our stay from the daily cleaning, prepared coffee capsules and quality toiletries till the soft towels and touching gift.. We've just arrived home but can't wait to go back again :-)
