“Great location, clean and nice garden”

Katerina is very nice and friendly. The house was clean, spacious with everything we needed. I loved the garden and we had some kittens coming every morning so we fed them and played with them. The location is great, 3 minutes walk from the city center, but away from all that noise

The room was spacious and felt like home. A lot of light and a view to a beautiful garden, which you can sit and enjoy. Warm hospitality. We enjoyed our stay and will come back for sure.

“My full recommendation”

The apartment was super clean and tidy, notion to all details was put. Bed was comfy ( I liked the pillowcases very much), the living room is spacious and gives the sense of staying at an authentic Greek home; it's kids friendly, really clean- I need to stress this out again because it matters to me. I always travel with my bed linens because of my baby, but this time they remained packed in the suitcases. Surprisingly, despite the wonderful lusty garden, there were no mosquitoes inside, which means care was taken when preparing it for us. Thanks!!! Katy is a wonderful host, I have only words of gratitude. Thank you.

Katerina is a very cheerful and caring host. The house was equipped with the finest details. We really liked the wine service when we entered the room. The location is within walking distance to Neos Marmaras center. You can stay without hesitation.

Very nice and cosy, typical Greek style home. A lot of important details from an attentive owner - like cold water in the fridge, bottle of nice wine, hygienic items in the bathroom. The room was cooled with air conditioner before our arrival. Thanks a lot.

We were welcomed very warmly by Katerina. The flat has everything you need. Outside is a terrace with beautiful flowers. The village centre and the ocean are very close. You can park right next to the house.

“Perfect getaway”

Everything was perfect. The location is great - just 2 minutes walking distance from the port, but away from the noise of the main street. The place itself is very beautiful and spacious. The kitchen has everything you need and with a large dining table. The couch in the living area is very comfortable, plenty of sockets available everywhere and an excellent WiFi - perfect for longer stays. The bedroom is very comfortable and comes with a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space. The garden is very pretty and has a lovely table with chairs in the shade. Katy and her daughter Maria are the kindest hosts possible - we had easy communication prior to arrival, they had arranged a beautiful complimentary bottle of wine for us and helped us with restaurant recommendations. They helped us very much with acquiring back a set of headphones which we had forgotten when leaving. We cannot wait to come back to Neos Marmaras again and will definitely stay here!
