We had a really lovely holiday in this villa. The setting was fantastic, and communication with the owner was smooth and quick. The villa is beautiful and well maintained, and the heated pool in May was absolutely wonderful. I can only recommend this place!

Brand new villa in an easy-to-find location, close to most of the famous beaches in Sithonia (by car). We were a family of 5, including 3 kids -21,17, and 8 years old, seamless accommodation. An extensive list of amenities for a stay of a week and beyond, particularly the pool, the jacuzzi, and the outdoor fireplace, where one can retreat for a sip. Although not at the beach itself, a great view from the terraces. Impeccably clean and well decorated. And the hosts themself deserve only praise, a very warm welcome and farewell, always there to assist and guide with recommendations regarding anything from visiting the best beaches to booking a dinner for us in a fancy restaurant in the nearby town! We'll be back in the future for sure!

“Perfect holiday”

Everything was perfect! It’s not a 10 accommodation, it deserves a 20! Chris, the host was very careful and helpful, he gave us information about local stores and even helped us hire a boat. The villa is equipped with everything you need, they really thought about all the amenities. We enjoyed our time here and we will come back for sure!

Everything was perfect. Not only the luxurious villa, but also the host made this experience unforgettable. He was very responsive, always ready to help and gave us a lot of recommendations. On the top of that welcomed us very warmly, surprised us with dinner in a local restaurant and gave us local gifts that made our experience even better. We liked him a lot, and he has become one of our top Greek hosts so far. About the villa - We truly love it. The pics correspond to reality.  Estellar villa is located close to the beach, but in privacy at the same time. The view, garden with outdoor living room area, heated pool, jacuzzi and panoramic view from the bathroom were our favorites. Well-equipped personal fitness is also a great plus. The design and all amenities make us feel comfortable and relaxed.  Our holiday in Estellar villa was one of our bests, and we hope to come back again soon.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Estellar Villas! The host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating - always available to answer any questions and offer great advice about both the house and the surrounding area. The villa itself was stunning, with top-quality facilities and beautifully designed interiors that looked exactly like the pictures - if not better! The location is amazing, with a calm, crystal-clear sea just across the street that felt wonderfully private. We also loved visiting the nearby town every day for fresh fish and local produce - it had everything we needed. All in all, our stay was absolutely perfect, and we cherished every minute of it. We can't wait to come back!

Villa is just great, it's modern, clean, got everything you need. We had a lot of fun using the pool and outdoor jacuzzi. Host was very friendly, gave us all the information, recommended a few local places to try, even brought us some parting gifts to take home. I strongly recommend the place and can't wait to visit again.

Everything was top! Location, pool and Jacuzzi, home amenities and very pleasant owner who explains everything clear and always in touch for assistance. It is a great holiday place to spend with your family! House is absolutely new and is better than looks at pictures even. Town is close by, beach, hiking trails!

“The absolute stay at luxury villa”

Excellent Luxury villa into the middle of the nature and quite. The city of N.Marmaras was 3minutes by free bucycles of the villa! The sea for swimming was right in front of us. The view of the sea from the villas amazing, especially in the afternoon. Because we went in September, our private pool as well as the jacuzzi were all warm and heated. We had private parking too with an EV charger for our electric car! Everything was great. We had the possibility to order breakfast from the bakery close to us every morning with delivery to our villa. The manager of the villas was very polite and helpful. Although there were 2 villas, we had absolute privacy with trees between the villas, and we had exclusive use of our garden with living room, bicycles, pool, jacuzzi, gym. The inside of villa was absolutely great with everything you need to stay. Luxury rooms. Smart Tv's everywhere and very high speed wifi!!!!! We highly recommend these villas. We will definitely go again.
