Aria's House Studios & Apartments is located in Neos Marmaras of Chalkidiki, just 150 metres from the village centre and within 400 metres from the long sandy beach. Well situated, close to the town centre and the beach. Balcony had a lovely sun-filled view of the sea. Comfortable room that was very clean. Staff welcomed us as we arrived and kindly provided daily restocks of supplies as requested as well as a beach umbrella.

We had a wonderful stay and can highly recommend this place. The location is excellent, close to everything you need while still being peaceful and relaxing. The studio was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The hosts were kind, welcoming, and always available to help. We were truly impressed by the high standard of service and the attention to detail throughout our stay. “Great place to enjoy the seaside”
Perfect location in the city, close to the beach and the centre of N. Marmaras. Room was as on the photos, clean, towels were changed on a daily basis, room has a nespresso machine with tea/coffee selection and a fully equipped kitchen, free toiletries and lovely design of the space, gorgeous views from the balcony. Hosts were super easy-going and polite. 10/10 would recommend.

Along with the comfort and the location (very close to the city centre, and a 5-10 minute walk to the beach) the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The staff was very polite and the cleaning was done on a daily basis. The Nespresso machine with everyday refill of two capsules is a lovely touch. I would most definitely recommend this place, and will return whenever in Neos Marmaras.

Great location with a very clean room, which exceeded our expectations, and the balcony view of the city and sea is a plus for sure. A great host and cleaning personnel who helped us with everything that we needed, sheets and towels were changed once every two days. Very comfy place, quiet and relaxing.

“Exceptional”
This apartment is a perfect 10/10 with an amazing sea view. Sofia, the host, was super helpful and really nice. It’s quiet at night, and the beds are incredibly comfy. The place is spotless since they clean the rooms daily, plus you get coffee capsules and a bunch of other goodies like a toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, cotton swabs, and even some unpacked slippers. Finding a parking spot right in front can be tricky at night, but you can always park on the main street just a minute away. It’s only a 2-minute walk to the city center, where you’ll find tons of shops and restaurants. I highly recommend it! We’ll definitely be back.

Room is tiny, but well equipped. Beautiful view from balcony. AC. Comfortable bed and pillows. Trash taken out everyday. New towels every 2 days. Nice host. Close to center, but also to main beach.

JULY 2025: The property was more than perfect! The room was tidy, clean and spacious. Every day the staff was making sure to refresh it properly. We had an amazing sea view and city view as well. It was our first stay there but for sure it would be our coming back place in Neos Marmaras. The host was also really kind and well-organized person. Thank you for the great experience! 10/10 ⭐️
