The accommodation is in a fantastic location — everything is just a few minutes’ walk away (beach, restaurants, bakery, shop). The place was spotlessly clean, and the towels and bed linen had a lovely fresh scent. The apartment was the perfect size, and the sea view was absolutely stunning. Sandra is the kindest host we’ve ever met. We had a wonderful time here and truly hope to return one day!

“Great apartment and location”
The apartment is very cousy, nicely decorated. The host is very kind and helpful. The view from the terrace is amazing on the sea and port. The area is quite and we had everything we needed. Shop at Alexandros supermarket and eat at Manolis Tavern.

Great location - bakery just downstair making great donuts and coffee, grocery just opposite. Very nice view to a small village port and the beaches of Elios and Hovolo. The owner is very nice person, very helpful. For sure we come again despite this year very inconvenient ferry time table.

“Splendid - this place matched all our needs!”
A big terrace with a splendid view to the harbour and beaches including Hovolo beach. The room was cosy and furnished tastefully. The location was easy to find and reach, just next to a bakery and a small park for walking our dog. There is a private parking just in front the house and behind it. The host Alexandra was a truly wonderful person to meet with!

“Very nice and calm place to enjoy your holidays”
The location is amazing, you have a bakery below the house, beautiful beaches are close by, parking your car outside is easy on a wide road and also you have a few places to eat a shop very close. The flat was very cute and clean and cosy and also we got free cleanings during our stay. There also is an amazing terrace with a sea view.

“Our host was wonderful, good communication and the accommodation was very clean and fresh.”
Really great village with lot of food and ample choice of cafes and restaurants. Bakery and small supermarket are right near to the apartment and there are perfect beaches. Free parking, very clean and well kept, great shower and the apartment has a small balcony, with table two chairs space to dry clothes and sea view. The host is very friendly and helpful. .If you need more linen, or a wash bucket just mention it and I am sure it would supplied as the host was very helpful and we realised at the end of the break there was a clean linen cupboard right by our front door. Our beds were changed and the room was cleaned thoroughly every couple of days. This accommodation is simple but very well kept.

“Nice place for rest”
If you are looking for a great place to relax, that’s the one. Neo Klima is a peaceful town with nice beaches and almost no tourist attractions. The apartment offers a lovely sea view, so you can enjoy it while having your coffee or a glass of wine on the balcony. There is a little kitchenette with basic equipment, enough to prepare a quick breakfast before heading to the beach or a simple meal afterwards. Within walking distance you will find some supermarkets, restaurants (we recommend Palataki!) and car/boat rental offices. The is also a bus going to Skopelos/Glossa, but there are only 4-5 buses a day, so renting a car/scooter might be a good option if you want to be more independent and visit other parts of the island.
