“The perfect Greek holiday for a long time!”
Lina and her husband were the most charming couple and even helped us hose the car down after a dusty excursion. They were very helpful and we were given gifts from their garden. The accommodation was super clean and the view from the terrace is a dream. It is ideally situation in the middle of Neo Klima, next to the little port, beaches, tavernas and supermarkets.

All wonderful. Wonderful structure, seafront, spectacular and very clean terrace. Accessorised, clean and very fragrant linen, nothing was missing. Mrs. Lina and her husband are super welcoming and available for any information. I highly recommend it to everyone, without hesitation. Congratulations!!!!

The place was amazing with great view to the port and the sunset. Top-notch location. The hosts were fantastic and ensured everything was perfect for our stay. Higly recommend for an unforgettable experience.

“Splendid stay at Lina's Maisonette”
Fantastic place to be, and with the most hospitable hosts! Close to everything in Neo Klima/Elios and especially the harbour. Walking distance to the most beautiful beach on Skopelos, Hovolo. Everything about our stay at Lina's was great. The maisonette had two bathrooms which is very convenient. The roof terrace is amazing! Loved the stay, and would love to come back.

Location has that WOW! factor. Well furnished private roof terrace overlooks the sea and harbour with sunset thrown.in for good.measure. Hosts, Lina and Stamatis are ever available for advice and advice to enhance your stay. Neo Klima is a charming quiet resort with two connecting main.roads,a couple of supermarkets and.half a dozen tavernas, the best being.the Oasis by a country mile. Quiet walks, long well equipped, Sandy beaches.with safe bathing and a lack of nightlife after 23.00 deters most of the Millennials and newer. What's not to like?

We loved the location and the terrace was great for relaxing and watching the sunset. They were fantastic hosts ,,, unfortunately we were there during storm Daniel and had to leave a day early ,,, they were so kind and found us a hotel in Skiathos and took us to catch the ferry… we really appreciated their help and would love to visit again..

“Amazing stay”
The Maisonette is very well equipped and very clean. It is perfectly located, very close to the beach, the restaurants, the supermarkets and the bakery. Lina and her husband are wonderful hosts, who were always there to help! And finally, the view from the balcony is just amazing, we could not get enough of it!

“Perfect stay in Skopelos island”
Property was very well located on the island, close to the most important beaches and attractions. The staff was super friendly and helpful and made our stay very comfortable. The terrace of the location is amazing and we enjoyed every moment spent outside with a beautiful sea view. Also, the restaurants in the harbor have amazing food.
