“Fabulous house with stunning view”

Probably the best holiday home we have ever stayed at. Situated above Polis with stunning views of the coastline and a 5 minute drive to the beach. Beautiful balcony with outdoor furniture. The house is super comfortable and spotlessly clean and has everything one would need (a 2nd bathroom being a a big plus) Host Yiannis is very kind and helpful. We hope to come back again!

“Peaceful quiet place with wonderful view”

We had a wonderful stay at Philip's Holiday house in Neo Chorio. While simple, the house was incredibly clean and had everything our family needed for a short stay. The view from the cozy veranda was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the sea, Akamas hills, and coastal villages. We even got to see the Perseid meteor shower at night, and the peaceful, quiet atmosphere and fresh breeze were exactly what we needed. It was the perfect blend of being close to nature and just a five-minute drive from all the pleasures the sea at Polis Chrysochous has to offer.

10 out of 10. Visited for the 4th time and will definitely return. Perfect location, outstanding view, amazing host. The property has everything anyone needs, super clean, feels like home.

“the perfect getaway from the city!”

The host was very friendly and helpful explained everything to us as soon as we arrived! He also shared a few secret spots to go to in Latchi! The property has an amazing view, plenty of facilities (a lot of towels, plates, cutlery and even spices for cooking!). We enjoyed using the local traditional oven outdoors - made delicious meat and vegetables in it. Although the location is only 5 minutes drive from the center of Latchi, it’s really quiet and relaxing in the area where the house is based - there was no noise at all and barely any light pollution so you can see the stars!! Overall we loved it and can’t wait to come back!

Philips Holiday House is a truly unique place. It may not be the most pristine or centrally located, but it has an authentic charm. You'll find everything you need here: privacy, a grill, a traditional *fourno* oven, a fireplace, and beautiful views—plus an adorable cat to keep you company. Although the jacuzzi wasn't working during our stay, the rest of the amenities made up for it. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience the atmosphere of a real Cypriot home, escape the crowds, and enjoy a peaceful retreat.

The location was perfect for exploring the area. Close to Laatchi but in a quiet area with amazing sea views.

Amazing location with a breathtaking view, just a 5-minute car ride from Latchi (perfect for boat ride weekend)! The house is charming and very well-equipped. We also met a very friendly cat at the venue, she was a frequent guest and a nice bonus for us.

The location was excellent. It was close to Latchi but still isolated in a really scenic area. We loved the peace and quiet of the place. Just what we needed.

An exceptional experience, the best accomodation we've had in Cyprus sofar. A house with a wonderful view of the greenery and the sea. We enjoyed breakfast on the large terrace. Inside, the accommodation is very clean, pleasant, cozy and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Thank you for the excellent wine and beer! We would definitely like to come back, we will recommend to family and friends.
