Pietro was very welcoming and he did make our stay easier. The rooms are wonderful and super clean. We had the parkings reserved exactly beneath our room. The breakfast was wonderful and pastries very fresh

The room was great and the town beautiful and pietro went out of his way to make us comfortable.

Very good location, next to the lake etc. The room is modern and very clean, and Pet friendly. Very nice staff and breakfast was perfect.

“Wonderful stay. Limits if Nemoli”

We loved the quite location. The host, Pietro is very helpfull and friendly. Definitley a perfet stop if yiu pass nearby. Unfortunatly we had only one night. But it is the perfect B&B to stay for more nights if looking for a quite and peacefull vacation to stay at. A car is needed to move around but if not by car you can have nice walks by the lake infont of the B&B or a walk in the green go visit the waterspings nearby

We loved the location, the room, and the breakfast. We gave Pietro 30 minutes notice and he was there to greet us and make us a lovely breakfast at Bar Nives on the lake.

The apartment is very nice and Klein. Coffee machine with many capsules,tea begs.The manager is very friendly.

The room seemed newly renovated and very clean. Comfortable beds, tasteful fittings and facilities. Host was very communicative and eager to please. Beautiful location with restaurants next door and 200m away. Perfect for short or long stay.

Pietro, the host is an exceptional person ! He is very helpful and made it super easy throughout our one night stay. The accommodation which is situated by the lake is perfect with its surroundings and amenities ! The beds were comfortable and cleanliness top it all ! The food at the restaurant pizzeria opposite to our stay, and breakfast at Nives bar - owned by Pietro are top notch ! Dinner was super delicious !!! I think it was the one of the best from our 7 day stay in Italy. For sure we will re-visit Pietro in the near future and plan to stay more nights there. The place is amazing. Well done Pietro and keep it up ! until next time :)

“Perfect accommodation in a perfect location with a perfect host!”

The accommodation was perfectly situated by the lake, extremely comfortable and with all the amenities you would require. The hosts are amazing people, and cannot do enough for you - highly recommend this accommodation.

Pietro was a marvelous host. The rooms were extremely clean and very tastefully done. The bed was super comfy.the location of the property was fabulous with great local amenities, the whole village seemed to welcome us. We could have stayed longer quite easily.
