Sensitively and modernly renovated historic house. Richly and tastefully furnished. Situated in the centre of Nemi. Excellent bathroom with a large shower and sauna. Varied breakfast, well-equipped kitchenette.

“Mostly recommended”
The location of the apartment is perfect! The window is right on the main street infront of the amazing view, you can sit by the window the whole day. The apartment is very clean and fully equipped. The bed is very comfortable and the shower and the sawna is very pampering and the staff is always available and extremely nice.

“Charming and exceptional…can’t wait to return!”
Everything! The property is a perfect size and right above a lovely cafe. It overlooks the lake and stays cool even on very hot days. The apartment was exceptionally clean with all amenities provided. It even has a shower with a Turkish bath option and a separate sauna! The hosts were very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. We hope to stay in Nemi and in this apartment on all of our future Italy trips.
