“Ownwers and staff should go for training!!!”
Triple booking on the room. She blamed it on Bookings.com. There is no compensation for the false expectations on our room. Here are some of the issues: The room was not cleaned properly, the toilet leaked, Weeds growing out of the front and back patio, Some lights were not working, we had to call for toilet paper to be replenished, the front door couldn't lock from the inside, hazardous stairs inside the unit and outside path with the building work next to the unit. We were asked for a R1000.00 holding deposit with the cheapest furniture and appliances, that could break at any time as it is cheaply made...
