Clean, host was fast at responding, perfect central location close to beach and short work to the marina. Kids loved the toy box and Nintendo!

Beautiful part of the north coast. Fantastic location. Facilities were neat, tidy and comfortable. Recommend.

Unfortunately the property smelt and living room furniture very tired and in need of replacing - window blinds dirty and going black. Kitchen had broken units and smelt of smoke (downstairs flat?) washroom downstairs shared but very dirty area. On a plus, the bedrooms were clean and bathroom was reasonably new and layout good with separate toilet and bath/shower area. The location was also good.

Incredible location. extremely spacious and comfortable. very family friendly! Great hosts. Has all amenities and facilities available. very closely located to port stephens and local attractions. restaurants were close by. My wife had some Nostalgia with the nintendo

The property is well maintained with all the all the comforts of home available. A few minutes walk to a family friendly beach, piers for fishing and a boat ramp. The beach was never crowded and had a good vibe. Despite storms and a blackout when we arrived everything worked out. The came by to welcome us and provided candles the first night. The local RSL had its own generator so we managed to get a good feed. The next day the power was back on and the hosts offered us an extra day stay which was great. There’s multiple shopping areas locally and in Salamander Bay and plenty of beach options a short drive away.
