Overview
Nexø Modern Hostel is in the coastal town of Nexø, on picturesque Bornholm. WiFi and parking are free. Dueodde Beach, the island’s largest and most popular, is within 10 minutes’ drive. Communal kitchenettes and shared bathrooms are found on each floor of Nexø Hostel. Kitchen facilities include an oven, kettle and microwave. A laundry room is also available. The guest lounge or furnished garden are ideal for relaxation. You can purchase coffee on site. Sommerfuglepark & Tropeland is directly across the road from Hostel Nexø. It features a tropical garden and butterfly park. Restaurants, small shops and the popular waterfront are a 10-minute walk away.

The mini-market and the inner garden with a bench were helpful! The history of the place and the non-profit nature of the enterprise, with income serving the community, sounds great. The staff was friendly and everything was easy to arrange. Having private bathrooms in a hostel is great.

Well equipped kitchen, fridge and shelf with place dedicated for room, cooker, dishes, dining tables, paper towels, easy wastes selection, bathroom for 3 rooms gives a comfortable access. I strongly recommend this place. In case visit Bornhol again I will look for this place to stay.

“We spent a week there 27 April-3 May- before the season so lots of places in Nexo were still closed.”
Breakfast was always really delicious- lots of food to choose from: cereal, yoghurt, sweet rolls, different kinds of bread, cheese, ham, fruit, eggs, juice, tea, coffee. The staff was kind and helpful. The kitchen where we could prepare our lunch and dinner is well equipped. There is a special shed where we could keep our bikes.

The cleanliness of the hostel was brilliant. The hostel team answered my questions about bike storage before my stay and I was met with a nice surprise in the form of sweets on my bed!

“Best place for bikers”
Fantastic place, equipped like hostel ( with anything you may need) but quality of good hotel. Extremely clean and perfectly organised! And good, bikeers hostel atmosphere. Definitely one of the best place for bikers on Bornholm
