Clean convenient room. Even though the room has a ready good fan I would recommend you pay the little extra for the air-conditioning. İt was a little hard to sleep because of the heat.

Very well located, exceptional staff who acommodated to our late arrival and very early check-out, and helped us to navigate the city, the rooms exceeded our expectations, we would definitely stay there again!!

“Good value for money and very comfortable”
Great value for money. It is a no-frills kind of place but nevertheless the room was clean, comfortable and the staff was very amenable and I would be very happy to stay there again next time I am in Neiva. Good location not far from the airport and the pizza place nearby is excellent.
