“THE BEST HOTEL”

Staying at this hotel truly makes me think that there are still kind-hearted people out there, dedicated to helping others. Excellent host, excellent service; it's not your home, but they make you feel like it is. I also want to highlight that they had everything: a refrigerator, stove, kitchen utensils, bathroom supplies—they really have everything here. Highly recommended for short stays or vacations with your family.

We had initially planned on riding from the border of bulgaria near sofia straight to Belgrade but after a recommendation from a friend we changed our route to go via Bojan's property and boy was it worth it!!! This isn't one of those leave a review and you get a can of coke sort of places. The reviews you see on here are genuine attestations of how brilliant it is to stay here and so is ours. Firstly the property itself is beautiful with gardens surrounding the property that make it seem so homely and feel like you are removed from the city streets, a welcome place of relaxation. The hut we stayed in was so cozy and it really felt like every detail was so meticulously thought out from lavender scent bags, new toothbrushes, shower gels and individual items that may be required for your stay. Additionally, the decor of the cabin is extremely interesting with dozens of items for you to look at or use as well as an extensive collection of books regarding travel and biketouring/bikepacking. In addition to the items that were all around the property there was a tennis court to use, a bike garage, ample cleaning and workshop gear, wine for tasting, magically appearing beers and so much more. The dogs and cats are also beautiful and roam around the property and love a pet. Each morning Bojan would come with coffee and pastries for breakfast and would lend us his time and knowledge on all things bike related or whatever we needed even helping us plan the next week of our ride. He was full of stories and information and somehow was always there when you needed him without being overbearing. Just this morning he provided us with some things to take with us for our journey and his kindness and generosity cannot be understated. The value of the stay is 10x what you pay and i can say without a shadow of a doubt, after 9 months on the road this was the best place I've stayed to relax and unwind. I will 100% be back.

“Cozyand rustic wooden hostel in the centre of Negotin”

One of the coziest hostels I have ever stayed in. Everything is made of wood, very rustic, almost like in a fairytale! All the facilities in the room were good and it is also extremely clean. The hostel focuses on cyclists but as a non-cyclist I was also very welcome. Bojan met me at the entrance as agreed and we had a very interesting conversation. I would definitely stay there again. It's also in the town centre and is very easy to find.

Once you pass through the gate, you enter a world where time flows more slowly, and the extraordinary hospitality of the owners makes every moment special. Accommodation in charming surroundings is just the beginning – Bojan and his family know how to surprise their guests with delicious meals or croissants and coffee for breakfast. The host's knowledge of local attractions, cycling routes, and transport options makes him a great advisor and guide, and he is happy to help if needed. This is the perfect place to rest during your trip – the friendly atmosphere makes it really hard to leave. I am delighted.

Wow- What an experience. Bogan is just such an amazing guy and the property is just so inviting and relaxing. The best nights accommodation I have had in 14 months bike touring.

A beautiful and tranquil space in a relaxed town with a fabulous host, Bojan who was really helpful with recommendations for food, onward travel and day trips. Comfortable, with all the amenities you could ever need, great aircon (it was rather hot at our visit), but well set up for cold weather too.

“A paradise for travellers”

This is an exceptional place. I loved staying here. The accommodation is well designed and a pleasure to look at and stay in. The host is focused on making your stay a pleasure: with coffee pastries and beer appearing. As a cyclist he helped me with problems that I had with my bike for which I am very grateful.

The host was very nice, we spend there a good time. The place was clean. The atmosphere there was really friendly. We were very suprised in the morning when the host made us a coffee and brought delicious fresh croissants, our hurts melted then

ojan is, quite simply, a legend, and the space he has created, as others before me have written, a true haven for bikepackers. I first read about it on others blogs and knew I wanted to try and build a visit into our trip, even if we had to reroute slightly. The studio we stayed in has to be the nicest place we’ve stayed. An A/C cooled oasis with burnt mustard walls decorated with interesting illustrations and carefully selected curiosities. The whole, incredibly designed studio, complete with kitchen and extra loft bed, only cost us 30euros for the night, but every detail has been thought of, down to fragrant lavender on the pillows and spare toothbrushes on offer on the wall. It is worth so much more but we SO appreciate that Bojan keeps prices low and affordable to broke travellers in need. Its refreshing and important. In addition to the beautiful space, he could not be a better host. Unobtrusive but generous, there for anything you need. He even made fresh lemonade for us on arrival by our host and then took me to try and get some repairs done on my handcycle. Finally, the people you meet in the space he has created were my other favourite thing. Inviting us out to meet eachother, hosting us together for coffee in the morning, we got to exchange stories and network- what bikepacking is all about. He then let us stay longer in the beautiful garden to wait for the worst of the heat while reading his incredible collection of bikepacking literature.

Great host, very accommodating, helpful with bicycle route selection. Lovely green garden to relax in. Air conditioning was awesome as it was a heat wave whilst we were here. Stayed for 3 nights, very difficult to leave.
