“Cute house in a nice location”
Located in a nice village setting, this homestay is clean, affordable and cute. The owner, Mr Perera, was very helpful and arranged our tour with a nice driver and gave us a lot of pointers for our visit. 15 minutes close to the airport and near the negombo city, nice place to start your srilanka tour.

“This is not a hotel perhaps a room rented by a family.”
This is not a hotel, its a house and the family has rented their spare room upstairs. No amenities matches the description , they are using Le Meridien group hotel names, we really thought its a Le Meridien (Marriott’s) Villa Property Should have double checked before booking.

Host (Dennis) was a lovely man and welcomed us, we were only there for 1 night but we felt comfortable in his home, slightly far away from restaurants and cafes however tuktuks were extremely affordable, even into negombo

The accomodation was in really great and quiet location surrounded by lush jungle forest and was really quick to get there from the airoport. The host was waiting for us even if we arrived pretty late there was no problem with check in. Room was as expected, spacious clean and tidy. Amazing breakfast in the morning! And host was really helpful and welcoming with everyrhing we needed! Would stay there again and reccomend for other travelers.

Dennis, the host, is really kind. I arrived late at night and still he was really welcoming and made sure I could go to sleep with everything I needed. Breakfast was delicious, and after that he took me to town on the scooter which safed me a tuktuk ride:) I definitely recommend coming here if you want to arrive in a peaceful environment with a lot of care and genuine intentions 🌻

Fantastic place to stay for our last night in SL. Host was very welcoming & so accommodating. We had dinner here & it was the best Kottu of our whole trip! Brekkie was fab and hosts was great to serve it earlier than normal to make our flight. Very large spacious room & super clean, shared bathroom was also spotless and very comfy.

“Comfortable, homely with a very nice breakfast.”
The property is convenient if you are landing late at night and travelling first thing. It is located not far from airport in country lanes. It is a clean room with a shared bathroom. Dennis the host is excellent. He organised our airport pick up and car for the next day. Breakfast was fulfilling. We enjoyed chatting to Dennis in the morning, it was easy to talk with him and ask questions about Sri Lanka.

“Nice stay near Negombo airport”
Room is super clean with amazing breakfast. Would recomend 100%. Super nice host, who woke up at 1pm to check me in and booked Tuktuk when i left the place.
