Such a lovely stay!! I booked this last minute due to having a flight at 2am and I could not be happier with my decision! From start to finish the staff are friendly and accommodating, always willing to help to ensure you have a relaxing stay. Within 3 hours of arriving, I had a Ayurvedic consultation as well as a 2 hour treatment as well as food tailored to my needs. I felt better immediately and my skin was glowing! They helped me in organising transport to the airport, which is close by, and everything was completely seamless. This was a perfect place to stay to ready me for a night of travelling, thank you!

This place is heaven on Earth. They offered free yoga classes vegetarian food, free treatment and access to the gym and their private beach front. I feel like everyone and everything was working on my wellbeing. I feel refreshed and in any ways I feel that I am back in my body being more conscious and more relaxed. I can highly recommend anyone to stay here, the longer, the better.

We enjoyed our one night at the Ayurvedic Pavillions. The room was large, comfortable and in a beautiful quiet setting. The hotel is away from the busy street and feels like a tranquil oasis amongst the city. The staff were attentive, warm and welcoming and were very helpful when they gave us a late check out to accomodate our booked treatments on our final day. The ayurvedic experience was enjoyable. We had two treatments. The doctor and therapist were friendly however I would have enjoyed a bit more variety from the two treatments we had. Both were full body massages. We were on the ayurvedic food plan also and the food was not wholly to our liking but we enjoyed the experience none the less.

“Restored and refreshed”

The Pavilions was like an oasis of peace and tranquility in Negombo. The treatments were fantastic and my friend and I both left feeling refreshed and rested for the rest of our trip. The hotel is located near to a sister hotel and lots of other restaurants and shops. The food was inspired, the passion and creativity put into a primarily vegetarian/vegan menu was incredible. I am not a vegetarian but I wished that my friends who are could try the food here. If you are on a meal plan then your menu will be determined in part by your Ayurvedic type, this wouldn’t have been right for me so I was on a B&B only plan and I did eat out several times. My only suggestion would be to offer more variety on the menu. There were some amazing curries (loved the bitter gourd and the banana flower) and I might have eaten more at the hotel if there had been an option to choose from a sort of ‘tapas menu’ similar to the traditional Sri Lankan curry but with the ability to choose 2 or 3 from a selection and then to choose, rice or bread or poppadum as accompaniment. The team who run the Pavilions were lovely throughout, there was a real sense of pride and community which made it feel a very special place to stay.

A very nice, calm place to have Ayurveda treatments. The massage was one of the best we’ve ever had by very sweet professionals. Nice swimming pool and possibility to use the facilities of the sister Jetwing hotels à few meters away on the beach that we advise to do.

Interesting modern Sri Lankan architecture with lots of trees on site. Comfortable room. I had an all in one package that included excellent massage, consultation with an ayervedic doctor and food formulated for my particular body type. I was a solo female traveller and felt very comfortable here.

This is a very well thought out concept. The surroundings are beautiful and self-contained. Everything is conducive to a physical and mental cleanse. The service is seamless. The treatments are very well thought up and calming.
