Lovely family run place Amazing breakfasts Felt very safe

This guesthouse is conveniently located just a short walk away from the beach. It lies in a small and silent back road, but within one minute you are at the main road for access into all directions. In the surrounding area are different opportunities to buy food and drinks. The check-in was quick and easy. Our room was spacious, clean and well maintained. Hot water and wifi were provided instantly and safely.

The super comfy large bed. The lovely terrace. The very helpful. Kind staff. The great breakfast. Also it's proximity to the main thoroughfare and beach. Even though it was near it was very quiet.

Nice location, nice bathroom. Big room. Staff helped me get a taxi to Wilpattu after mine cancelled on me. Really recommended!

Very lovely and clean room. It is situated down an alley connected to a road with many good restaurant options and close to the beach. Lovely place to choose as either your first and/or last destination in Sri Lanka. They are very helpful with airport transfer too. I had a very uncomfortable experience while exploring the city (this is the first I have had while my more than 3 weeks in Sri Lanka, so do not be scared away from Negombo, which has otherwise been more relaxed and quiet than other parts of the country I have visited), I called the owner and he came to my rescue within minutes even though I had already checked out earlier in the day. Would definitely recommend!

Good value for money. Compact but functional room with everything needed for a short stay. Comfortable bed and pillows. Smooth check-in. Very helpful staff who also assisted with organizing transportation. Suitable for onward travel.

The location of this property is excellent, it is situated down a side road away from traffic noise. It is close to the beach. We stayed here twice and had different rooms, each were ample size. Friendly staff. Quiet Air Con. We booked massage treatments via the staff - we were collected and returned. These treatments were excellent value in a beautiful spa - if you have time, I would recommend booking some treatments - the price list is located by reception.

“Quick stay in Negombo”

We stayed there only 1 night, but the room was cosy, with all facilities and super clean. We found the breakfast really delicious and the host was super friendly and helpful. Great value for money, we will be back!
