I didnt get my breakfast although i have my breakfast with the stay..

It was easy to find. But that's the only thing I liked.

“A short stay before departure”

We were pretty late to reach From nuwara eliya but the hosts were continuously in touch about our arrival time, they've been warm n smiling. The rooms are spacious. The AC worked well. Water pressure was good n washrooms were clean. Towels are given. The rooms are clean, and so are the bedsheets. The outside dining area has a good vibe. Filtered water is available. Even though It's been dark, I can feel the front side looks good as well in daylight. Would love to be back there sometime soon.

very friendly staff. We were are large group cyclist if fixing our bikes and making a lot chaos. The stall was so understanding and helpful. very nice people.

GOOD TO STAY WITH FAMILY OR FRIENDS

“Cockroaches, mold… not recommended”

When we arrived yesterday at this Hotel, we were just speachless. There was not much talking, just pointing at the price we had to pay and then showing us the room. I really thought it was a joke, it kind of looked like a prison room, mold on the walls, no windows to open and let the bad air out, and no clean bedsheets. We asked for another room with windows maybe (we are not sure if she really understood us), but she just shook her head. At that point we were already looking for other hotels nearby because we could not stay in the room with that smell of mold and wet things. The women suddenly gave us her phone and we talked to the owner who told us, he has another apartment closer to the city center under the same name and he can take us there for another room, so we agreed because we really hoped it would get better. We looked at the room, and said yes because we were just so happy to be out of the other appartement. This room also did not look like the pictures at all, but it smelled way better. After we came back from dinner and walking around outside, we opened the door and had a cockroach behind it. The boys from the hotel helped us get it out and we felt really uncomfortable after that, maybe 5min later we spottet the next one in the bathroom. So same procedure, but we didn’t want to sleep there anymore and we’re thinking of what next, we even called Booking, they were such a great help, but we said, we are just trying to stay this night there and leave early in the morning. Later we wanted to go to the bathroom but everyone was scared, so we went together and directly saw a third cockroach, we packed our stuff and went out of that place. To be honest it’s completely scam, and they didn’t even apologize. At this point we are just so angry because it was late at night, we just arrived from the airport, and got no support or help from anyone there. I really hope I get my money back!

The room needs to be painted this gives unclean. Just white paint gives a lot of mileage to the property.

I am a Genius member, I was promised a room with a TV and complimentary breakfast. However, upon arrival, we were given a room without a TV. After bringing this to their attention, they relocated us to a room with a TV. The next morning, we eagerly awaited our complimentary breakfast, but it was delayed. Despite our patience and staying until 11 am, the breakfast never arrived. As a first-time user of Booking.com, I was extremely disappointed by the treatment we received as Genius members. It's disheartening to see such discrepancies between what was promised and what was delivered. I hope that Bohemian Hotel can address these issues to ensure a more pleasant experience for future guests
