Located just 10 minutes from the Puy de Dôme, one of the most visited sites in the Auvergne region, you will find the Logis Le Montania hotel and restaurant. Hotel Montania is composed of 8 comfortable, spacious and fully-equipped bedrooms, 2 of which are suites and 1 that is adapted for the disabled. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel can comfortably accommodate 90 people or 130 for banquets and special occasions. The menu features creative, traditional and original cuisine by combining local and regional flavours. Special menus are available upon request for weddings and other types of banquets. Guests travelling to the volcanoes of Auvergne will enjoy the easy access to the surrounding area. “Basic but had everything we needed.”
The hotel was basic but the facilities were well kept and clean. The welcome at reception was friendly and explained the facilities at the hotel. Location was good for visiting Puy de Dome. We ate at the hotel as other restaurants were in neighbouring villages. The hotel room was large, shower was good and everything was clean. Breakfast was good with a decent choice.

“Excellent place to break a journey and see a bit of the volcan park area.”
Great location for a couple of days stop over. Excellent staff, very helpful and friendly, and clearly working hard! Restaurant food was good but limited for any longer than a couple of days stay. Lots of space for car parking and felt a safe place to stay.

“Convenient value”
Feel very sorry for the receptionist who seemed to be doing all the jobs, reception, porter and front of house in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. Help with the luggage was offered, which was good because there are just stairs to the 1st floor. The restaurant was closed on the first night of the stay but an alternative was suggested. The restaurant menu is not terribly imaginative, but was quite acceptable. The breakfast was good considering the small number of people staying. Very convenient location for a visit to Puy De Dome

“A soulless hotel with nothing much to commend it apart from a good shower”
The bed was comfy, the shower was lovely and the location was fine. When we asked, the man on reception contacted the nearby restaurant to request a table. Otherwise there was little to like.

“Great stay ! Food and room were exactly what we needed”
Breakfast was good! Open buffet with a variety of sweet and savoury things :) Restaurant is delicious - food was excellent and the bedrooms were clean and comfy.
