Kindness of the host, Peter, who was very helpfull and a great host. The house is beautifull, in the shade allmost all the time, has great front yard and has basicially everithing you need for your stay. The area is peacefull, a very few swimers in the beach area.

“A quiet place not to be missed.”

Everything was wonderful. The cottage is on the beach in the village of Nea Triglia, a small farming town 55 km (about 45 minutes by car) from Thessaloniki. It is not a crowded tourist area, in that place there is only one larger accommodation facility, Elia Apartments, otherwise the vast majority of people in that area are locals. Near the cottage there is a bar (100 m)and a tavern (250 m), 6 minutes by car there is a supermarket where you can find anything. At 7-8 minutes by car is the village of Nea Triglia where there are several taverns (I recommend Giannis Tavern), cafes and bakeries/patisseries/confectioneries and the best thing is that you will rarely meet foreign tourists in the area. The cottage consists of two rooms, a bathroom and a kitchen located in the living room. There is air conditioning, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need (electric stove, oven, dishes, cutlery, etc.), the bathroom is large and has a shower cabin, sink and toilet bowl. All things in the house are new and quite modern. The strong point of the location is the terrace that offers you a wonderful view of the Aegean Sea. Practically, you don't even need to stay on the beach, it is enough that after a swim in the sea you sit on the terrace or on a deck chair in the yard and enjoy the view and the surrounding tranquility. The owners are wonderful people, the name of the property comes from the oldest family members Nikos and Patra. The one in charge of the property is their son Pedros, a wonderful guy who is at your disposal with anything you need. I have rarely seen a man who works all day and always has a smile on his face. These people complement the wonderful place and the peaceful atmosphere of Nea Plagia. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to recharge their batteries, enjoy the quiet life in the Greek countryside and meet beautiful and friendly people.

the outdoor terrace is great, the rooms are big, and there is a beach bar right next to the location, great place for famylies and for everyone who want s peace and quiet

“Quite place near Chalkidiki”

Pedros is a great host. The apartment was very clean, new and comfortable. The location is just great - direct on the beach, quiet place - 15m from the water. There is no real beach with sand, but the apartment has wonderful garden with sunbeds and huge terrace under the roof. If you want to use sand beach you need to go 200-300m leftover right, but there are more people. The father of Pedros has huge garden with tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, paprika, melon... you even don't need to go to the shop😉 Pedros, thanks for the great time 🤗

The location is brilliant. Just by a lovely quiet beach. The rooms are nice and clean. The host is pleasant, friendly and kind . Definitely will come again
