The house is located on a quiet street. 1 minute to the beach, 5 minutes to the Lidl supermarket. There is a large terrace and a relaxation area near the house. Great communication with the hostess. We arrived early in the morning, but they allowed us to check in right away. Highly recommended.

The house is located on a quiet street, but it is very close the beach with a couple of beach bars. It is about 20 minutes walk from the center of Nea Makri where many shops, bars and restaurants are located. The house is very clean and has everything you need for a stay with your family. It will be great for families with kids, at there are toys, a high chair for children and baby cots inside and a play area for kids in the yard. There are lots of storage spaces, so you can remove the stuff for children if you do not need it. Several areas to eat or just to chat are organised inside the house and outside, so everyone could find a place for themselves in the house or in the yard. The kitchen has everything you need to cook some basic dishes, there is an electric stove, a microwavea, a kettle, a coffe maker, a full size refrigerator. When we arrived we had fresh fruit and water in the fridge, it was just what we needed after quite a long trip to Nea Makri. The host provided very useful detailed instructions and was available for questions all the time we stayed in the house, we highly appreciated it. One more thing that we really liked is that you can get hot water for the shower in the morning or in other situations when there is not enough sun for the sun heater. It is not always the case in Greece according to my experience. I will definetely recommend the house for family holidays. Everything is done with a lot of attention to each detail and the host is very welcoming and responsive.

“Small, cute vacation house”

Super friendly staff, the home owner welcomed us warmly with fruits, sweets and explained us everything. She was always available if I needed to ask any questions. The house is really sweet, comfortable and giving home feeling. There are 2 air conditioners as well inside and they were a life saver since this summer was really hot. The garden has a hose/shower with warm water that is very refreshing to take a quick shower after swimming. We had everything we needed lots of clean towels, bed sheets and kitchen necessities, and even first emergency meds if you get hurt. The location is good the sea is 3 minutes away walk and the neighbours are very friendly. And it's also silent and chill :) The center was like 20-25 min walk. We definitely will try to come back next summer!

“Great accomodation for a family with 3 children”

It is a very comfortable house, with a small yard with orange trees, in a quiet neighborhood. It has air conditioning which is really necesary. Our hosts were so nice and ready to assist with whatever need we had. The place is a 5 minute walk from the beach. We traveled with our 3 children including a 5 year old and had a wonderful time here. Equipped with everithing you need in a home away from home. Would surely recommend! Thank you, Elina!

“Great place of a “super host”, close to the sea with all amenities and more.”

Our host has been extremely responsive and helpful already before our trip and went above and beyond when it came to supporting us with different requests (we arrived on the night before the general elections’ Sunday, when all shops were closed and she even did some basic grocery shopping for us, so we were all good till Monday morning!). Elina has been one the best hosts we have had in many years of travels and it’s been a pleasure to be her guests. The cottage is well equipped, close to the sea (probably 5-6 minutes walk to Paralia Mprexiza and Magko Beach Bar, maybe even less) and in a quiet neighbourhood. Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, which was important for me as I was working from the house and needed a stable connection. Big advantage are the mosquito nets, which are installed on all windows and the main door, so one can safely air the house even in the evenings without having to worry about a disturbed night and bites. There are plenty of toys inside and also outside the house, so young children will also easily amuse themselves and won’t get bored fast. There’s a special filter for the tap water in the kitchen, which one can use to refill bottles or simply drink from the tap good quality water.
