“I hate it waste of money and all”
Their behaviour was so irresponsible when we reached there they showed us a single bed room infact we booked a bedroom and they cancelled the booking by themselves that room had zero privacy plus it was hell dirty

Room, location and staff were good. The only thing they were missing was their own restaurant for dine. Other than that it was near the shops and other facilities within the area. Other than this, it was the best experience

“What a nightmare!”
The saving grace was the staff! They were super helpful, friendly and very very apologetic at the terrible state of the hotel. They kept apologising to us and went out of the way to make us feel comfortable. Super friendly staff and very well trained. I felt bad for them because it is them who have to bear the brunt of angry guests and not the hotel management who doesn’t care they are defrauding the guests.
