We had a wonderful vacation and thoroughly enjoyed all the facilities. We would especially like to commend the Spa Zen team: the massage therapists and Leticia, the nail technician, who did a beautiful job on my two daughters' nails. We also want to highlight the exceptional service from the waitstaff, especially Cicero, who was incredibly kind and attentive, as well as Margarida and Jayame. Additionally, the Escape Room team—Moranguinho, Cristal, and Chaveirinho—were fantastic and made the experience so much fun. A very special thank you to the hotel staff for helping us arrange a beautiful birthday surprise for our twin daughters and for the lovely gift they shared with them. Overall, the entire team was professional, polite, and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable!

A lovely hotel on the beachfront. Staff on reception were helpful and some were able to speak English Room was clean with a huge bed, good shower and nice balcony. I had a sea view Room 443 The staff at breakfast were lovely especially the omelette chefs who greeted us with a smile & wave every day . Breakfast was plentiful with many choices The steak restaurant was very good as was the pizza restaurant. Staff were friendly and food was very good . Unfortunately the seafood restaurant was not a pleasant experience. A very long wait for food which was not of good quality . Asked for a glass of wine many times and eventually had 2 glasses with the meal but 5 gasses were put on the bill (think it was added each time we requested but not served) Service was slow(despite not being busy) and not welcoming like the other restaurants Pools are great , side tables are in need of a refurb , cocktails are weak but beers are nicely chilled. Poolside food was served quickly and was good I was given a free late checkout at 6pm which really appreciated. We also managed to change a dinner for lunch as we were half board & wanted to try other restaurants in the evening. Although they will not do this at weekends We had a lovely stay and would recommend the hotel

We had an excellent stay at SERHS Natal. We expend around 10 days, get to know lot of the staff and enjoy the facilities completely. All personnel is wonderful, thanks to everyone. Gouza and Fabio at reception, Julienne and Cilene from the Spa, the staff of the restaurants, Paolo, Edmilza, Ilama, Denis, Arthur from the bar. They are all stars, thank you for such an amazing experience and do the experience so enjoyable. I recommend the hotel 100%. Also, we loved the monkeys.

The resort has several floors with different places to hang out. The room feels 5 stars. The internet is very fast. I enjoyed the fact that you can have dinner in the specialty restaurants. The staff is friendly but not as welcoming as in other resorts such as the Wish Resort nearby. The omelette and tapioca prepared by the chefs during breakfast are delicious.

I loved the pools, the breakfast is amazing, they offer a lot of different fruits, juices, coffees, breads, cakes etc. For me, it is the best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel.

I think the facilities and the staff in general were very good. Apart from the first impression where we had just arrived and we went for dinner at the Potiguar Restaurant and it took 30 minutes for our drinks and even water to come. I would say the staff at the pool area...mainly Jefferson, João, José and Victoria they were sensational.
