Great staff, very good breakfast, location is great. However we were without electricity and water on the last day, the windows deserve a good cleaning. Also the rooms could do with a bit of love on the cleaning. I do like the hotel for the sfatt and location.

“Subpar cleanliness standards, technical malfunctions, and unresponsive staff”
Dinner was very good (chicken parmigiana), the location is good and central, and some employees are better prepared, unfortunately, they are few.

“It's a no from me.”
If you want a good night sleep this in not the place for you. It was so loud people slamming doors all night, staff arriving at 5am, drunk people, construction workers and the staff do not say anything. People were shouting down the corridor at each other at 3am and I had to tell them to stop. In addition the breakfast is small and mismanaged and the check-in was a nightmare being told I had no booking and not believing the email I showed them before realising they did not understand my name.

“Definitely a place I will use again next time I’m in Natal”
the service was exceptional initially I had 2 problems with the room 1. the light in the bathroom didn’t work and 2. the sink was draining the water very slowly so I told them straight away and they fixed it pretty much immediately I was very impressed with the level of service and I loved the fact they had Netflix in the room, the bed was really comfortable and the cleanliness and hygiene was amazing and location in front of the beach and shops restaurants and markets nearby … I am very happy with this place I will definitely return there the next time I’m in Natal
