“Beautiful Location but expected better service”

This hotel has everything you need on one of the most beautiful beaches in Fiji. Rooms were comfortable.

I loved this resort. We had a horrible time previously with our daughter in hospital and the moment we arrived I immediately felt relaxed. The property is big but not too large and there are buggies available to take you anywhere you wanted to go. The family pool and adults only pool is beautiful and so relaxing. We booked a room overlooking the pool which I thought would be noisy but it wasn't; it felt very relaxing. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone with a baby - the room was much bigger than we had expected. We brought our 1 year old and we put the cot in the bathroom and closed the door with our baby monitor, it was very soundproof which meant we could watch TV, have a drink on the balcony etc without disturbing her. I had a massage which was very good and relaxing, the spa itself is beautiful, it honestly feels like heaven just sitting in the waiting room. The food was all pretty good but I especially liked Navo which was exceptional. Unfortunately our daughter had a meltdown there as the food was taking a little longer than expected due to a function there, but the staff were very kind about it. Next time I would do a later dinner. We also used the nanny service - she sat in our room while our daughter napped so can't comment much on the service but she seemed lovely. I also had to go to the medical centre and I found them very helpful. After our daughter being sick too it was reassuring to know that it was there. We would definitely return again.

Thank you to the team at InterContinental Fiji, where we had a wonderful stay and a big part of that was due to the exceptional service provided by Amelia, Sera, and Ifraz. Amelia at the front desk was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly every time we met her. She was always extremely helpful and made us feel valued throughout our stay. Her positive attitude and willingness to assist with anything we needed truly stood out. At Sanasana Restaurant, Sera consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She was fantastic each morning at breakfast, always greeting us with a smile and ensuring we had everything we needed. Her attentiveness and kindness made every breakfast a pleasure. Ifraz was equally amazing during all of our meals at Sanasana Restaurant. His service was outstanding, and he went above and beyond every time he looked after us. His professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to providing an exceptional dining experience did not go unnoticed. InterContinental Fiji is incredibly fortunate to have such amazing team members as Amelia, Sera, and Ifraz. They each played a significant role in making our stay memorable, and we are grateful for their outstanding hospitality. We look forward to returning soon and will happily recommend this hotel to all of our friends and family.

Staff and location. Amazing location and beaches. I think advertising is a it'll misleading kn terms of golf.. its a 3km drive from hotel ..which is actually no issue but should be clearer. Golf course is gorgeous

Property very well presented with large rooms that were well equiped.There was an excellent family pool that was fabulous for small children. Food was quite good too.
