The run down conditions of the apartment were just too much. Kitchen bench falling apart, electric water heater temporarily out of action, a defect microwave that wasn’t even plugged in, but the worst were the cracked and loose floor tiles everywhere, particularly in the bathroom resulting in the water from the shower not escaping through the sink but re-emerging through the tiles in the toilet floor on the other side… on the long term this is also careless towards the neighbors below who eventually will have to pull up with a leaking ceiling and it may also structurally damage the concrete.

“Not worthy for the value of money”

Generally too pricey. Too much limitations on what you can used. Price of entrance fee is only limited to use of country club and beach then in-spite of paying extra to visit beach club you cannot order food at the sun coral cafe without membership no. Or something. I have visited Pico 3rd time now but this stay is the most stressful other visit where hassle free and we are able to used all facilities without any troubles.

Location and site are excellent. Very clean beach area. Double bedroom unit was impressive, single bedroom unit looked a little tired. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Chilled water dispensers are a nice touch.

We arrive around 2pm time for check in, just a few minutes waiting for the caretaker to hand over the key. But everything went well. For improvement, the electric stove is not functioning well maybe need some maintenance check.

Our unit was at the 5F and we had a nice view of the lagoon in our balcony. The unit itself and the bedrooms were spacious & clean, and beds were enough for the 8 of us. Our building, Miranda, was perfectly situated, it was a short walk to the beach. The hotel and country club (where the pool was) was also accessible by foot. The unit was equipped with basic cooking and dining amenities. Minor comments though, lighting in the common bathroom could be improved, as well as the drain in the kitchen sink. The caretakers could be easily contacted for anything that you might need. Pico de Loro is a nice property, it’s well maintained and it’s not too far from Manila. The staff were courteous and approachable. Overall, we had a great experience. We’ll most likely come back.

“Perfect week end get-away for family and friends”

Perfec for a week end get away with family. Our unit/tower was a few minutes away from the beach and a lovely walk to the club house, ideal for family with children.
