I have never set foot in the hotel. I don't know how it is the hotel. I booked on April 24, for the apartment, lemon cottage Lemon Cottage, Nassau - the same day I receive the booking confirmation. 2) on 25 and 26 April, I receive the email that my booking is at risk as the card has been refused, 3) on April 27th, i don't know how, you withdraw my entire amount planned for the stay: $ 1502.68. The problem that in the meantime I had booked another apartment and they too had done the trick of taking all the money from the beginning, but the difference is that the card was accepted immediately. I was calm that by now those of the lemon cottage could no longer do it. 4) Again on April 27th I write directly lemon cottage managers, asking for a refund, at least partial and you reply that they have followed the BOOKING.COM guidelines and that they can keep the entire amount even if I don't I will stay more in the apartment and i cancel it. 5) On the morning of the 28th, more than 48 hours before the reservation scheduled for April 30th starting at 3pm, I wrote to booking to cancel the reservation at the lemon cottage but you reply in a negative way. Finally on the 30th I received a welcome email from you as if they had not received the cancellation from the booking.
