Centrally located, walking distance to downtown and great places to eat including the iconic Fish Fry area. I also liked the hotel restaurant - the best calamari!

“Awful save your money”
Awful hotel was like a building site in the sun. Sadly on the 3rd floor. Weed smoked in the hotel and stunk on the first night. Really truly awful experience. Hotel is outdated. Staff friendly only saving grace

“Overall good hotel, but my stay was negatively affected by a malfunctioning ventilation system”
Location is superb, only a street between the hotel and the beach. Breakfast is good. A bit noisy with windows open, but when closed no issues. Late check-out is possible, they let me stay an hour longer.
