“Booking.com get your act together!”
We checked out before checking in. Obtained the room thru Booking .com. Applied the filter dog friendly but when we got to the hotel the man at the desk said they do not except dogs. So I wanted a refund. He told me to keep my dog in the car for the night. I have a $3,200 dog! So we left and needed to go elsewhere.
