Beautiful property in central location. Quiet and homely, with so many different plants to please the eye and the soul. Excellent breakfast we both loved the coffee!!!. Spacious room and fantastic shower. Hosts amicable and attentive. Highly recommended.

I think this b&b is an experience by its own. The hosts are really kind and generous. They helped us out tremendously with everything we needed. The room also is clean and pretty and nicely decorated. We would certainly stay here again.

“Wonderful stay at a lovely home”

It's our second time here and we hope we'll come again. The house is wonderful, located in the centre of the city. Our room was well equipped and comfortable. The breakfast they offered was home made and tasty. Our hosts were very warm, polite and helpful. They have a lovely dog too!

“It was perfect - it really could not have been better.”

It is a charming house with beautiful decor and you enter through a courtyard filled with plants. We arrived fairly late in the evening and they rang up a local restaurant to make a last minute reservation for us. It is very well located in central Narni but completely quiet and restful. There is also a gorgeous dog! We would definitely stay there again. The hosts were warm and welcoming and we absolutely loved it. There was a very good breakfast too - the hosts are chefs! It is a very special place.

“Over and above”

My host Donatella was amazing. So helpful. Over and above what any other host has been. When I couldn't get to the train to leave she even arranged her friend to pick me up and drive me there at 7am. I will always be grateful to her. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. Homemade cakes baked by Donatella fresh each morning coffee tea muesli toast yoghurt fruit juice. Absolutely fantastic. Thank you

The house was lovely, the bed very comfy, but the best part of the stay was the hosts! Very friendly and welcoming, Cosmo gave us some fun stories, and gave us a load of recommendations for food for the rest of our trip (they're both chefs!). Couldnt recommend more

Cosmo and Donatella were amazing hosts. They helped us at every step of the trip from recommendations to helping with parking. They were extremely welcoming and a pleasure to stay with.

The room was great, very spacious and super luminous. Also the location is great to visit the city and to move around. Great breakfast too.

The house is situated in the old city of Narni, so very close to everything. It's a lovely house, beautifully decorated and the couple is very polite, friendly and helpful. The room was clean, well kept and equipped. The breakfast was really good with home made products, especially the pastries.

The house and location are beautiful. The hosts were very kind, warm and welcoming. I let them know in advance that, as a couple, we were one vegetarian and one vegan, knowing that breakfast was included. I thought that perhaps we could get soya milk and maybe biscuits without milk and eggs, but the hosts went out of their way to prepare far more than we were hoping for. There was freshly made bread and home made crostate (traditional Italian lattice jam tarts), as well as a wonderful spread of other vegan friendly items. They are a very engaging, interesting and international couple who also offer great conversation. I highly recommend their place and feel they deserve all the support they can get! Stay here!
