The road to the location was quite dark with no lights, which felt a bit scary. However, the food was excellent.

The hotel room was big when compared to other hotels in Japan, The bathroom was bigger than i have at home. Welcome coffee and ice cream was something that I didn't expect. Breakfast and dinner service was very good and the food tasty. For anyone who is interested in this hotel: 1. Pay for your stay at check in, in that case your room will be unlocked as long as you want ( no card or key, doors are closed remotely from reception, if you want to go out for a walk just say that at the reception and they will lock the doors for you) 2. It's a Love hotel, be prepared for some unusual gadgets and entertainment in your room! 3. Take a taxi or rent a car it is about 1 hour walk from Narita Station and the last 600 meters is without sidewalk. Bus stop is a bit far from hotel. 4. As we are in Japan not everyone speaks English, just use Google translate and everything will be ok. 5. Don't panic and enjoy your stay :)

A cozy motel nestled in the forest. The staff were extremely pleasant and provided kind, attentive service. All the food was handmade and absolutely delicious. You can enjoy a relaxing time while watching a large-screen TV.

We absolutely loved it here, yes this is a love hotel but we used this as a normal hotel after Jetstar cancelled our flights and left us in Japan for an extra 5 days. The staff were amazing, so sweet and tried their best to communicate with us using google translate. The food was exceptional, cheap and comforting. The bath was AMAZING, my fiancé and I are large Aussies (6ft and over 120kg each) and we fit just fine (not together but after all that walking, the jets were amazing on our backs and legs) Thank you so much for making us feel comfortable and welcome, this is definitely a place I would stay at again next time I come to Japan

Staff very friendly and accommodating. They helped us arrange a taxi to the airport which was very appreciated. Very clean and very well priced. The food was also very good and it was great that it was included in the room rate
