It was clean, incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful staff! The bed and pillows were so comfortable that I didn’t want to get up in the morning - could have stayed in bed all day!! Room service was great!

“There was never a bad day staying there, and can’t wait for our next holiday there”
It was peaceful, clean and the survives provided were consistent and top tier. There were no problems with the staff and survive being exceptional and reasonably priced especially for how good the food was we would go there again

Location. The free shuttle bus transits to the airport and Narita centre. Clean and comfortable spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast

The ANA Crowne Plaza Narita is a very modern looking hotel with an outstanding art and designed lobby . The reception staff were very friendly and professional in there greeting and service . You were provided with all the information that was required and in no time I was inside my room which was spacious and of excellent cleanliness . They have a convenience store inside the lobby and the breakfast restaurant had a wide range of delicious food . All of the staff that I interacted with were very courteous and kind .
