Very nice property and very kind host. A simple location 45 minutes north of San Jose, perfect as a stop before heading further north. The kitchen was well equipped in case you want to cook. It was very quiet, in the middle of nature. You definitely need a car to get there

“Great house near san jose and bajos del toro”
Lovey house that met all our needs.for a family of 4 Quiet and secluded location with great forest view from the terrace. We felt very lucky to have stayed here with such a welcoming family. Well located for bajos del toro waterfalls which was a fantastic experience. A little off the beaten track for tourists and we really enjoyed seeing this side of Costa rica. Highly recommend the breakfast which was delicious and excellent value.

“Quiet in the woods”
Superb location in the middle of the woods. The quietest location you could imagine an half an hour from the airport. Nice house with everything you will need for a short stay.

So peaceful, surrounded by trees and a lovely host to was so kind in accommodating our needs due to a late flight. A fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, and bug screens fitted on all the windows.A great hideaway. Highly recommended.

“Lovely isolated location.”
The accommodation is at the end of a narrow road but beautifully situated in the middle of woods, not overseen. Shower was good, bed comfortable. The terrace is really good for watching the scenery and any wildlife. We chose this place as it’s 40 minutes drive from San Jose airport and we had a flight to catch in the morning. Roberto met us at the entrance and was very helpful. Payment was in cash.
