The place was very nicely decorated, and very very clean. The owner kindly let us leave our suitcases before the check in time so we could explore Nara without them. They also left something sweet for us on the table and answered the emails really quickly.

“Quiet place with complete facilities.”
Fully equipped house in a quiet location. We had the most enjoyable time of our stay in Japan here. Really nice place within walking distance of Nara Park. If we were to return to Nara again, we would definitely choose this accommodation again.

The apartament was amazing - beautiful, peaceful, and had every amenity you could think of. I would definitely return there! The owner was extremely helpful and made sure we felt at home.

“Pretty, spacious, clean and neat”
The host prepared everything we need, very attentive. The house and yards were as pretty as the photos shown. A very comfortable vacation house. It is located at the end of a small road. A carpark is arranged nearby, just several mins walk.

We didn’t enjoy our stay. As we live in a Japanese house and can compare, this one was very hard to heat, and the toilet was freezing. Everything was not 5, but 20 to 30 minutes away. As we celebrated our anniversary and dressed nicely, we had to walk because there were no taxis available (ever). Additionally, the host was not helpful at all. A good host should not respond to every guest inquiry with polite but negative answers; they should aim to be helpful. The host also informed us that the checkout time was at 10 AM, which was incorrect—it was actually at 11 AM. As someone who likes to go in and out of the accommodation multiple times, I ended up losing more time than necessary. Next time, I’ll make sure to stay in the city center.

“Amazing Holiday Home”
Location - only a few mins walk from JR Kyobate station (one stop away from JR Nara station) and just over 5 mins walk to a big supermarket and 24hrs convinentstores. 15 mins walk to Kintetsu Nara station. Bathroom with all the essentials plus, and that turns into a laundry drying room! Laundry facilities with washing detergent. Good aircons kept us warm. Kettle is handy for hot drinks. Comfy beds and comincs in English..

“It's quite enjoyable, and it would be great to stay for a few more nights”
The best stay ever! A very lovely house, everything in the house is carefully designed, and all the things you need are available. There is a small garden, but unfortunately it is too hot ouside, otherwise it would be very pleasant to have a tea in the garden. The two double beds in the bedroom are spacious enough to accommodate four people, and the tatami room can also accommodate two more. Finally, I'd like to say sorry to the landlord. When I checked in, I had trouble because I mis-input the entery code, which caused the landlord to send someone over to assist.
