There is no point for charging city taxes from the customer sas the roads were serious bad and jumpy, everytime I took taxi, i got sick. Bathroom shower was blocked, mould every where. No soap was provided at all if u want to wash ur face . There was no cups/ glass in room , paper cups were horrible, poor quilty. Breakfast was absolutely not up to the expectations, very limited 😕 choices, everything look like is rashioned Breakfaststuff was not helping 😒 and friendly, they were actually rude.

“Lovely hotel in central location.”
Beautiful courtyard to enjoy drinks and breakfast. One of the best breakfasts ever. Staff friendly. Very central position in the old town so easy to walk out and experience the vibrancy of Naples whilst still being able to return to the sanctuary of our room and the delightful courtyard.

We were upgraded to an amazing suite with stunning roof terrace. We also had kitchen and living room, which were very useful. The views from the bedroom and living room were beautiful too. The breakfast was good enough, and it was lovely sitting in the shady courtyard for it.

We had a wonderful stay. The building itself is absolutely stunning, full of character and beautifully preserved, and its location couldn’t be better for exploring the city. The rooms were spotless, and the staff was attentive and kind. We would gladly come back.
