“Wonderful and comfortable stay in a quiet area of Naples.”
The room was large, pretty, comfortable and clean. Andrea very kind and helpful. Check in and out smooth and easy. The location was perfectly out of the most busy areas of town which allowed for good rest and needed recharge. Loved it!

Beautiful apartment with roof'-top terrace in the nicest part of Naples. Easy access to the city by Metro or a lovely stroll along the sea front. A very good host, Salvatore, was always on hand or contactable for any help or requests that we made.

Salvatore was excellent and his recommendations and overview of the area was fantastic. He answered queries promptly and I cannot praise him enough. The room was very big and spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfy. The location was fantastic and so close to the sea front.

“A true gem of a property !”
Caracciolo 13 Rooftop & Suites is a fabulous place to stay whilst visiting Naples. It is positioned on the waterfront, but quietly away from the hustle and bustle of the main town, yet only a short walk away. The apartment was beautifully decorated and perfectly clean inside, with the added benefit of lovely roof terrace. Maid service came and refreshed our beds and replenished any products. A nice little touch for a self catering apartment. Don’t bother scrolling for a place to stay in Naples, just book Caracciolo 13.

The location of the property and the rooms are spacious. The host Salvatore was superb and very helpful with bookings / guidance within Napoli. The property is a great base to explore the surrounding area without constantly moving. Overall excellent stay and we will definitely be back!
