I highly recommend staying at this apartment in Naples. The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described—well-equipped, comfortable, and situated in a great location that made it easy to explore the city. However, the apartment owner deserves special mention. He was extremely polite, helpful, and attentive—from the very beginning, he made sure we were comfortable and provided tips on the neighborhood, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Communication with him was quick and hassle-free, and his openness and kindness made us feel truly welcome. I definitely recommend this place to anyone planning a stay in Naples—both for the quality of the apartment and the owner’s exceptional hospitality.

Very value for money, accessible by public transport both train and bus , small balcony , very local, surprisingly quiet at night and day

Nice, cozy, although not very large apartment. Stylish and extraordinary artistic interior. Near the port. Close to main attractions. We walked everywhere. There is a coffee machine and capsules with delicious coffee. A nice bonus from the owner - champagne, juice, snacks. There is a Hi-Fi audio system with an excellent selection of music (songs).

The location is very central. We could walk everywhere and did not need an additional transport. The sound isolation was surprisingly good. You could still hear a bit the streets, but well, it’s Napoli. And to top it all Pierluigi is an excellent host. We felt very welcome and he did a great job. Highly recommended

I warmly recommend this accommodation. First of all, Mr. Pierluigi is one of the best owners. He waited for us with a Basket full of goodies, Aperol, drinks. The apartment is clean, cozy, good internet, everything you need. It is located approximately 5 minutes from the port, and if you want to go by ferry, this accommodation is the perfect choice. As for facilities, you have absolutely everything you need and the bed is very comfortable. we slept very well. In addition, the apartment is a 15-minute walk to the seafront where you can walk in the evening, and you can reach the area with the restaurants on the seafront. From the airport you can take the Alibus directly to the port, from where you walk another 5 minutes to your accommodation. In conclusion, I warmly recommend.

Piereluigi was the best host we ever had in Italy ! We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but Pierluigi was waiting for us and took our backpacks More than that, he invited us for breakfast and gave us a small gift: sfoliagtella. After lunch we came back to check-in Another surprise awaits us in the room: a basket full of goodies. And in the fridge, a bottle of prosecco, juice and yogurt The room has 2 balconies, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Everything is clean It is known that the streets in Italy are very crowded and noisy. However, at night you can rest , and the location is well located. 5 minutes from the metro station. 2-3 minutes from several terraces where you can have breakfast and an excellent coffee It takes 10 minutes to get to the market and you can find everything you want While we were in Naples, Pierluigi kept in touch with us via WhatsApp, giving us useful advice and suggestions. Because we didn't see everything we wanted, we want to return to Naples. And of course, also at BB Suonno. Grazie mille Pierluigi !! Hope to see u again .

Host was super friendly and gave a lot of useful tips about Naples. The apartment was clean and home-like. There are a lot of attractions within easy access from the location.

It was amazing. We were greeted by the owner who was extremely flexible regarding the check-in time, so we could check-in earlier than expected. Upon coming into the apartment, we were presented with local pastries and a small bottle of prosecco, which a great introduction to Napoli. The owner was constantly available for questions and would check-up on us and offer suggestions for activities. The apartment itself was spacious, the beds comfy, the bathroom great. We also got a breakfast set to assist us in the first couple of days, including coffee capsules (that lasted us the whole week!), sweet bread, jams, milk etc. The location was near both the port for day trips to the islands and the airport bus and 10 mins walking distance to either the historic or the more commercial centers.

The house is ( at least I assume :o) a typical one for Naples -in a narrow lane with steep, narrow stairway. The location is very convenient. Just few minutes from the Alibus stop (direct bus connection to airport, takes approx. 25min) and also a short walk to the city centre. Small shop literarly round the corner, open till 11pm. The host was very helpful. We enjoyed the soft beddings (in March feather duvet was welcome). We didn´t use the AC - so can not comment.

Central location in one of the most authentic areas of the city and only a 3min walk from the Alibus stop from/to the airport. The flat is comfortable, practical and nicely decorated. For those with mobility issues, bear in mind it's on the 1st floor of an old building and accessible through a few narrow and steep flights of stairs. The host Pierluigi is the best you can find: friendly and caring, he's always willing to provide tips and recommendations and will go to great lengths to make you feel at home.
