The location is excellent to discover Naples, the area is safe and beautiful, with many restaurants and the lungomare nearby. Davide reacted promptly to questions or requests and was very kind and helpful. Everything was well organised and taken care of. The small balcony is great to enjoy the view of the Vesuv and the sea!

The location was great. There are very good restaurants on the same street, a supermarket and pharmacies. The room was very comfortable, quiet, spacious and beautifully decorated. I slept so well there! The small balcony overlooking the Vesuvius was a plus! Davide and his team were kind and prompt to help with anything I needed. The house had everything we needed. We were very comfortable with our 1.5-year-old baby. The location was very convenient and quiet. There are good restaurants in the marina. Chiara and Davide were very helpful with everything. Great staying.

We found the location perfect for our short break in Naples. A beautiful apartment property in a smart building, converted to a two bedroom B&B; it was really comfortable and quiet, yet steps away from great cafes and restaurants on the street outside and nearby. We had everything we needed; the owner, Davide, was a great host and very helpful. There is a taxi rank on Via Santa Lucia outside; we walked almost everywhere and made use of the metro. Breakfast was via an arrangement with the cafe just outside the building - it’s called Cafe ‘Tourist’ but attracts a steady stream of locals for its excellent coffee and patisseries, so it worked perfectly.

Davide and Olga were both great hosts who provided a helpful and pleasant welcome to Naples. They were responsive and attentive to any queries we had. As we were on a working trip, we needed a desk/table, and a small one was provided without any issue, which was very useful. The views from the balcony were excellent and we had a beautiful view of Mount Vesuvius along with vibrant sights and sounds of the local street scene. The bed was extremely comfortable, everything was well kept and clean, and we also appreciated the character of the room and the family heirlooms on display, and the appeal was further enhanced by the floral avian wallpaper and tasteful decor. We also liked the provision of 10 cent coins to operate the old-style lift in a building full of history and charm. The location was especially superb as we were within a stone's throw of great local restaurants and facilities and nearby attractions such as the Castel dell'Ovo and the historic Monte Echia just opposite. We felt very safe in the area and the vibe from the locals was good. The free WiFi was surprisingly fast and we enjoyed download speeds well in excess of 100 Mbps. The shower was very spacious and worked well, and the fridge was well appointed, along with a small coffee machine and some local alcoholic beverages. There was very good sound and light insulation and there is a fully-featured remote-controlled combined air conditioning and heating unit (which was a lifesaver given that the municipal central heating rules of Naples prevented us from using the radiator at the time of our stay). The TV had great picture and fair sound, as well as the option to login to Netflix and Amazon Prime. There was also the helpful provision of information on the local area and places to eat, supermarkets, etc. Overall it was a tremendous stay and we'd be more than happy to recommend Lex Room.

The place is a little jewel in central Naples. It is an elegant studio located in an old building with all the modern amenities. The room is beautiful, and everything works. A first class place! And walking distance to most everything. My highest recommendation for this wonderful B&B..

Traditional building, super high ceiling, airy and very charming (old lift operated by 10c coins). great location, very central and facing the sea. Davide the host is really nice, very quick in replaying and welcoming. definitely recommended.

The room was spotless and gorgeously decorated, the bed and pillows wers so comfy. The balcony was cute and lovely to have a morning coffee.
