We had a wonderful stay at this property and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Naples. The room is not very large, but it is modern, spotless, and very tastefully renovated. Everything feels new, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Despite its size, it has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, and we found it very practical and cozy. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city. A special thank you to Ferruccio, who was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We also greatly appreciated the flexibility with our late check-out, which made our last day in Naples much more comfortable. Overall, a great experience, a beautiful room, and a fantastic host. We would definitely stay here again.

“Excellent”

One of the best decisions I made during my trip to Naples was choosing this hotel. The location is great. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the nearest metro station and very close to the seaside, which was perfect for evening walks after dinner. There are also lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The area feels lively but not too noisy. The hotel itself feels very new and modern, probably recently renovated. The room had everything I needed, including a TV, air conditioning, and a fridge… The bed was big and comfortable, and the bathroom was also very spacious. The hotel is inside a courtyard and you need to go through several doors before entering, so I felt very safe during my stay. The best part was probably Ferruccio’s hospitality. From before I arrived in Naples until the day I left, he always replied to my messages very quickly and gave detailed help whenever I had questions. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Naples!

We stayed for 7 days in early August in these apartments and really enjoyed everything. We were welcomed by Ferruccio, the owner of the apartment, who gave us great recommendations on places, beaches, and tours to visit. The apartment was cleaned every day, and everything was spotless and comfortable.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The daily cleaning service, fresh towels, and hygiene products were a great touch. The room was compact but had everything we needed — fridge, air conditioning, wardrobe — perfect for two people.

A fantastic base. Excellent communication from Ferruccio who arranged for Anna to pick us up from the airport. An excellent location in easy walking distance from the Metro, funicular, the seafront and also quiet enough to not feel busy in the area. The room was kept spotless with daily cleaning. My son said it was the best shower he’d ever had! The beds were also super comfy.

A perfect place to stay in Naples. Absolutely clean and tidy, with many details to provide guests with a complete experience. All praise for the interior, designed with a lot of style and very pleasant for staying. The bed and pillow are so comfortable it feels like sleeping on a cloud. The location is quiet for a good night's sleep, which is very important, yet there are bars, restaurants, shopping areas, and promenades nearby. The name really suits it: "Un passo da tutto" (A step from everything). 😊 And host Mr. Ferruccio deserves special praise for his hospitality. He took care of us at every moment, from before our arrival, during our stay, to the end where he allowed us a late check-out that saved us because it was raining outside. He also arranged our transfer to the airport, which meant a lot and made things much easier for us. A big thank for everything! Highly recommend staying in Naples, "Un passo da tutto."

The apartment was very clean with everything we needed, in an ideal location, and with quality daily cleaning. We will definitely come back.

Ferruccio was so friendly and accommodating, even helped us get back to the airport after our stay. Location is fantastic, safe area, right by the sea. Room is spotlessly clean, and cleaned everyday with fresh towels, and aircon was ace. Really great stay, we loved it here. If we came back to Naples we’d definitely stay here again.
