Issue with booking and hotel – double payment I experienced a double payment issue. Booking.com sent emails and contacted the hotel, but I have received no response or feedback from the hotel so far. Additionally, the room was facing the road and was very noisy, making it difficult for children to sleep. Very disappointing experience. I will not come back.

“Great four night stay!”
Excellent value for money. Lovely clean large suite, kitchen was great, beds comfy. Only 25min walk to Naples. Pool and hot tub were clean and very quiet. Staff were helpful. Really great value for location

The space was remarkeble better than for seen. The kitchen was nice and convenient. The beds could be a bit bigger... The pool was nice and refeshing but noisy beacuse of the air conditioning of the rooms.
