The property was fine. Well located. With nearby restaurants and quite close to 5th Avenue. The room was nice but beds were small (double) and I had to request a room change as initially they gave me a different and smaller room than the one I paid for. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

“We survived, and enjoyed ourselves, in spite of this hotel.”
The location is great for everything we were doing. It near the Waterside Shops and very short driving distance from 5th Avenue, Mercato, Clam Pass, etc.

“Overall a friendly hotel”
Currently undergoing a refit so breakfast was limited and no where to eat it other than your room unless you want to sit in the lobby, but the staff helpful in relation to making tea requests. Good size room and comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. One elevator was out of order during our stay but we were able to use an alternative all be it at the other end of the building.

Large spacious room with large showering facility and separate basin sink. The beds were very comfortable and high ceilings with air con were great.
