We often stay at this hotel when visiting Naples. It is in a good location with shuttle ride to the beach. Some of the rooms have been refurbished but some still have the old decor. Breakfast is good and free.

We had a ‘suite’ which was spacious. Bed was large & comfortable - both TVs were modern smart ones and large.

“Quality Inn with great access to shopping, beaches, restaurants, parks and tourism.”
Good breakfast with a variety of coffee, tea, english muffins, bagels, fresh oranges, apples and bananas, waffles, cereal, bacon, sausages and eggs. Pools looked pretty and clean, ample parking across the facility and friendly concierge. Friendly housekeeping and clean rooms with nice balcony. (I was on 2nd floor) Great location to shopping, restaurants and a 10 minute drive to downtown. Close to The Moorings neighbourhood with is luxurious, clean and safe. 20 minute walk to the public beach access. Fast wifi and functioning heating and cooling unit. Hotel borders Bellini italian restaurant so nice vehicles were parked every night.

“Bad experience with cockroaches but it was resolved”
The staff was able to immediately check us into renovated rooms in another block after we went to the front desk to report on the cockroaches. They have standard rooms with two double beds - I would recommend to book that room if you have small kids and can fit into a double bed together. I forgot to ask who the lady was at front desk but she was very understanding and swiftly processed everything in the evening. Breakfast following morning was a nice surprise. Looked hygienic, constant refill and sufficient.

Location was good and the pool area was stunning. Lovely breakfast served around the pool outdoors.
