“A hostel. You get what you pay for.”
The location was only a short walk from the car ferry pier. The staff were friendly but they didn’t really do anything for us except get out e-bikes and give us a room key. The hostel had our e-bikes ready for us so we took off as soon as we had checked in. The beds were reasonably comfortable.

They have everything you need for a stay in Naoshima; Just 8 min walk from port, so arriving and leaving was easy. Please rent their bikes to go around the island, it is worth it!

“Clean, well run accommodation in a great location”
The staff were very helpful. The accomodation was very clean and the beds very comfortable. The location was perfect for accessing the Benesse arts area and also close to restaurants and a 7-11.

Good location. Friendly helpful staff. Room was lovely, comfortable & well designed with everything needed on hand. The additional facilities in particular the kitchen had everything needed to be self sufficient. Great place & would highly recommend.

“Good base and facilities for a stay on Naoshima”
Accomodation is what you need for a few nights, a comfortable bed and bathroom with a good amount of space. Shared facilities were well stocked and the microwave was very useful as some nearby restaurants can be closed or book out. Bike rental was similar price to other providers on the island, and worked really well to get around. It is 7 mins walk from the ferry terminal.

“Apartment-style lodging”
Spacious little apartment-style lodging. Nice little extras like coffee, creamer (rare in Japan), little biscuits and bread and jam for breakfast toast.

Fantastic and friendly staff who made our stay even better. Great facilities and location that is maybe a six minute walk from the Naoshima ferry terminal. Would recommend to anyone coming to see the island's sites.

“Warm and memorable stay..”
This is a memorable stay.. the room was soo pretty and clean.. Fully equipped as well and amenities that you need.. Can rent a bike at the guesthouse itself.. even provides the towel for u to bring to nearby bathhouse.. i sprained my ankle during my stay the lady host was so kind and even went to Chichu art museum to pick me up as i cant get a taxi in the evening.. Will definitely stay at sparky’s house the next time im there..
