What an amazing place to stay with beautiful gardens and lovely scenery.Thank you Paul and Sue for making us feel so very welcome right from the start.We had the best nights sleep of our holiday in such a comfortable bed in a beautiful bedroom.Although we had not pre booked to have and evening meal they were more than happy to prepare one for us which we all sat down together to enjoy.Next morning we came down to a delicious breakfast with so much choice and well presented.There was nothing to fault and we felt completely relaxed.

Everything, literally everything is amazing, you just need to go. We really enjoyed a lot.

We loved literally everything here. The house, a beautifully converted old barn, and the garden. The accomodation, equivalent of a 5-star hotel (yes, really!). So well thought-through in every detail, and so cosy and super comfortable. The wonderful and generous hosts, Paul and Sue. The food, we were served a delicious 4-course dinner and a couple of excellent breakfasts. The sweet dog. And the area, an absolutely beautiful part of France. We definitely want to come back.

From the moment we arrived at Paul’s Barn which I can only describe as a slice of heaven in France we were made to feel special. The barn is in a small hamlet of homes all well cared for in beautiful surroundings. We stayed on a B&B basis but had the use of the very well equipped gite where the only thing you’ll need is your food. it’s very well maintained having retained lots of its original features. with the benefit of two toilets it’s great for a family too. there was nothing we needed that wasn’t provided. The gardens are lovely and well cared for, I enjoyed sipping my glass or two of wine and reading a book in the sunshine. breakfast was Devine and freshly prepared, with bread, pan au chocolat, fruit and cheeses etc fresh fruit juices and hot drinks. Great conversation and would happily have stayed and chatted all day.

Breakfast was fantastic, extensive and good quality. If you can take up the option of dinner on site as very reasonable and Paul is an excellent cook. Loved the quiet location and gorgeous garden. Paul and Sue were fabulous and interesting hosts
