Located in the heart of Nantes by the Loire River, Surprenantes- Jules Verne offers themed apartments decorated in a unique style with exposed stone walls and Colonial objects. Saint Nicolas Basilica is a 15-minute walk away. The apartments feature a living area with a leather sofa and a flat-screen TV. Some of them have a DVD player and/or an iPod docking station. Additional features include ironing facilities, safety deposit box and private bathroom with a hairdryer. Some unit feature a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. Supermarkets and restaurants can be found within walking distance. Nantes Train Station is just 5 minutes away by tramway and Nantes Airport is located a 15-minute drive from the apartments. Free WiFi access is available throughout and public parking is possible nearby.

“Very good location and easy to access”
Good location, very clean and tidy. Would reccomend for a short visit. Themed room was OK, would prefer some more comfortable seating area to relax, metal chairs not very comfortable. I get the theme, but prefer some softer furnishings. Toilet was too high from ground not good if you have short legs. Would return if in Nantes again.

“Interesting, quirky and funky inner city place to spend a few nights and explore Nantes.”
Great location, the area old and quite beautiful, easy to walk into Nantes and the apartment is across the road/river from the fantastic elephant of Nantes. We really enjoyed staying here and would stay again.
