“Spotlessly clean apartment with an excellent host”
The place is spotlessly clean. It's a good location. Only 10 min walk or less from Jardin Des Plantes, Art Museum and the Castle..15 mins ish to Boffay District where all the gorgeous tiny streets with lovely restaurants are located. There are multiple mini carrefour supermarkets closeby with one in the train station which is a 2 min walk. Beautiful view of the water. Plenty of restaurants 1/2 min walk/next door Extremely comfortable sofa bed. Well stocked kitchen with cutlery, plates etc garbage bags. A very friendly attentive host. Smart TV so we were able to watch our Netfiix. Very good value for a large group. We were 5 people for 3 nights. Would definitely highly recommend this apartment. Great base from which to explore Nantes

Property on fourth floor and there is no lift which would be difficult if mobility was poor

The apartment is beautiful! Clean, well maintained, with all conveniences. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a townhouse, so you have to reckon with climbing stairs. The location is very attractive, overlooking the St. Felix Canal, close to the train station, and across from the bus to the airport. Great start for exploring the city, about 10 minutes to the center. I dream of going back there.

“We had a lovely time in Nantes, excellent host and great apartment.”
Very spacious, comfortable apartment, in an excellent location close to train station and bus stop nearby. Also close to a few bars, restaurants and a Carrefour shop around the corner. Nathan was very welcoming to us on our arrival and made sure we had everything we needed to ensure we had a lovely time.
